On the NC D-400 page 1, city name is truncated to just "CHAPEL". It is correct on the D-400V, NC-40s and Fed Forms and in 2015. My city is "CHAPEL HILL". Is this correct?

Probably OK since the Computer read area below prints it OK...but I'll report it.
