No, 2 months qualifies for a short gap exemption. When you are selecting the months you had insurance, if you had insurance for any part of the month you would select that you had insurance for that month. So since you had 2 months and 7 days without insurance, the rest of the month you would have had insurance so you would select that you had coverage for that month.
