If it is filed and you need to change anything, wait to see if it is rejected. as you will have an opportunity to change anything you need, while you are correcting. If it is accepted, then you may go in and amend the return, to correct any problems.
It is free to file your amendment, if you need to correct something from your original TurboTax file.
