In the filing process of your return, Step 1 is the payment, Step 2 will be your choice how you want to receive your refund or pay if there are taxes due, in Step 3 you can choose to "File By Mail" and walk through printing your return to file by mail. The printout, it will include the instructions and mailing address you will need to mail in your Federal & State Returns.
