The IRS & State differ when they deduct tax payments. If the IRS & State are busy they may not deduct a tax payment on the date you specified, but that is fine as long as you have filed on time.
To verify the date that Federal funds will be withdrawn from
your account, confirm that funds have been transferred, or cancel the
transaction up to 48 hours before the date you designated the funds to be
