This is because the IRS has to
revise the form due to the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 that was just passed on
2/9/18. Part of the Act included the Extension
of Credit for 2-Wheeled Plug-In Electric Vehicles for the 2017 tax year. Once TurboTax is updated by the IRS, the form
will be available for both paper and E-filing methods.
