Yes, you need to remove TX from box 15 and leave box 16 and 17 blank (do not enter zeros) to resolve this error
check and file your return. Here's how:

Sign in to TurboTax Online, then click Continue
your return (if you are using TurboTax CD/ Download, then just
open your return on your computer);
- Click search (near the top right of
the screen) and type W-2, then click the Enter key;
- Select Jump to W-2, then Edit;
- Scroll down to box 15 and
pick the -Select- at the top of the list (if you are
using TurboTax CD/ Download pick the blank box at top of the list);
- Lastly, click Review at the top screen to
re-run error check and file your tax return.
