Estimated tax forms are optional and are generated as a suggestion to help you avoid having a tax due amount next year.
If you feel that your tax scenario will be different for 2019 and you will not owe taxes with your return or you plan to adjust your withholding to cover any additional taxes due, then you do not need to pay the quarterly estimated tax amounts. Just know that you can have a penalty for underpayment of taxes if not enough was paid or withheld during the year.
