My wife and I are students under F1 visa. I'm considered resident for tax purposes. I have SSN and earnings from part time work. But, my wife and children do not have SSN or ITIN. I could not proceed with turbotax as it asks for my wife's SSN. I was told that I can get ITIN for my wife and children but I must include the tax return form with the W7 application.
