If this amount didn't roll over from last years return, you can add the amount of your refund you applied from your 2017 to your 2018 return by following these steps:
- Login to your TurboTax Return
- Click "Search" in the upper right corner, then type "Estimated Taxes Paid" in the Search Box.
- When the results populate, click the "Jump to Link"
- Scroll down and click "Start" next to "2017 Refund Applied to 2018 Federal Taxes"
- From here, you can enter this amount
