First, *EXACTLY* what are you doing, and why do you need to do this? Did you incorporate your sole proprietorship or single-member LLC into an S-Corp maybe?
What assets are you talking about? Vehicle assets? Equipment assets? Real estate assets? Something else?
I can tell you right now that if you don't know what you're doing, you *WILL* mess up and end up paying the IRS (and state too, if your state taxes personal income) quite a bit if not done right. But I'm willing to help if I can. But I need more details from you first.
