Just to clarify, I paid for one product, then thought I needed to change something which prompted TT to ask me to upgrade (also indicated I didn't need to pay for an upgrade at that time). I do not need the upgrade and have not paid for it. Now I want to remove the upgrade and revert to my original purchase. Is that possible?
