Rec'd a distribution from Blue Cross Blue Shield of $500. Do I have to report this and if so how? Everyone got the same amt regardless of premium paid. I have marketplace
The distribution came from tax rebates from the Fed. Gov. to BCBS and the company shared it with all policyholders. My insurance is supplemented through healthcare.gov
