If I have over $1,000 due in taxes & I change my W-4 for next year do I still have to pay estimated taxes?
I lost both my children as dependents in 2016 & didn't have enough withheld. I used the IRS's calculator & changed my W-4 so I shouldn't owe for tax year 2017. Do I still have to pay estimated taxes?
