If they earned less than $4,150, lived with you for the ENTIRE year and you provided MORE than half of their support then yes. If you claim them you get a $500 Other Dependent Credit.
Even if you can claim them, you cannot claim their mortgage interest or bills you pay for them. You could claim medical expenses you paid for them and you could claim their education expenses for an education credit if they attended school.
