My Tax return last year was 143 pages - this year when I downloaded my return, it was only 13 pages.

Is there any reason why my tax returns for 2016 is only 13 pages? Last year when I downloaded my 2015 tax return, it was 143 pages. Nothing really changed as far as my information, so I'm a little confused why this would happen.
