You will enter the information in the interest section where you would enter any other interest.
In the program,
1. At the
right upper corner, in the search box ,
type in interest and press Enter /
3. Select the 1st choice on the search
results - Jump to interest /
4. Program
will take you directly to screen, Did you receive any interest income ? select Yes.
5. On screen, Let Us Enter your 1099 INT, select I'll type it by myself- Continue
- Enter the Institution ( Internal Revenue Service )as Receives from
- Enter your interest in Box 1 and any other information
