Without more info we're having to guess a bit here.  Unless it specifically said "missing or incorrect IP PIN" this rejection is most likely due to the 2024 AGI.    If you provide the exact error code and message, we won't have to guess.   Like @ baldietax said, the 5-digit signing PIN can be anything.   You don't have to have the one from last year.    While a 6-digit IP PIN would indeed work to overcome an AGI issue (since it is also a verifier), getting one might be more work than necessary.

 

If it IS an AGI rejection, and if rejected when using the actual 2024 AGI from your original 2024 Form 1040, Line 11, then instead try using a 2024 AGI of 0.

 

Also, is this a joint return or a single taxpayer?   If a joint return, both taxpayers use the same total AGI from 2024.    If it is a joint return, be sure who the rejection is for.  Again, if you provide the rejection error code or message, that will be helpful and might result in more specific advice.
