Get your taxes done using TurboTax

yes see Form 1040 instructions for line 38

Because Form 2210 is complicated, you can leave line 38 blank and the IRS will figure the penalty and send you a bill. We won’t charge you interest on the penalty if you pay by the date specified on the bill. There are situations where the IRS can’t figure your penalty for you and you must file Form 2210. See Form 2210 for de-

tails.

but Turbotax calcs are solid and it's doing the same calculation IRS will do using Form 2210, just with different data e.g. 2024 AGI/tax info is based on the data you carry over or input, ES payment dates/amounts you input; whereas IRS will use its records for all the Form 2210 inputs.

I would suggest going over Other Tax Situations / Underpayment Penalties and/or reviewing Form 2210 to determine why Turbotax is concluding you don't owe a penalty each year; it's probably a simple explanation which will help with your tax planning going forward.
