Often, deleting and manually re-entering the Form 1099-R that is causing the loop will resolve the issue.
If you have tried deleting and re-entering the form and are still stuck, please check the following:
- Run a Federal Review by clicking on Federal review on the left-hand panel. Often, this will take you directly to the "hidden" screen that is causing the hang-up
- Check for "Needs Review" flags to determine if a follow-up question was not triggered correctly
