TurboTax only creates Form 593 if you told the program you had California tax withheld during a property sale.
In TurboTax Online:
- Select Tax Tools in the left menu, then Tools.
- In the pop-up, select Delete a form.
- Find Form 593 in the list and click Delete next to it.
