Forget the remark above. The major problem was that I was confronted with a series of questions for which the answer was to choose between a check mark or a check mark with a box around it. Both situations contained a check mark. When I telephoned an Intuit rep, he was provided access to my screen. I was surprised to learn that what he saw was not the same as what I saw...on the very same screen. He said he saw were check marks or empty boxes. I had no empty boxes at all. WIndows 11.
