That FAQ supplied by CatinaT1 is completely useless for this thread.
Intuit should be ashamed of such posts which are obviously not reviewed by knowledgeable humans.
That type of reply feigns decent customer service and frustrates users with real problems that the company does not intend to fix.
It is the growing trend, where marketing types respond to issues that require technical support.

I have had unresolved problems with externally created W2s using TurboTax Business for a few years now.
We Need another product for small businesses, as this one is not worth the money, hassle, and additional State filing fees and time .
