After using TurboTax for years, I trusted the service. Shame on me. While going through TurboTax, I got a prompt of an underpayment penalty of $515. This did not appear on my 1040 and I did not notice. I just received an IRS letter for underpayment penalty of $441. Why did TurboTax miss this on my return? I paid for the MAX support but not sure where to turn.
