Try this in the Microsoft Control panel.
- Go to Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- Find "Microsoft Visual C++ [year] Redistributable (x64),
- Right-click it, and
- Select Change > Repair.
- While you're there, it may help to install the x86 version in addition to the x64 version resolves dependencies.
- You should now restart your computer after installing or repairing the packages.
