If you have already addressed the entries for the item which you are being asked to Revisit:

 

If you are using TurboTax Online, check your Internet connection. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off and connecting to your Internet provider directly. Hardwired connections work best. If that doesn't resolve the issue, then:

 

  • Try exiting TurboTax, restarting your device and starting TurboTax again.
  • Try using a different browser. Chrome usually works well.
  • Try clearing your cache and cookies.
