Get your taxes done using TurboTax

In TurboTax, you can add multiple 1099-INT forms from the same payer without issues. Usually, the program allows entering each form separately even if the payer name is the same, such as when you have multiple accounts at one bank.

If TurboTax is replacing your first entry when adding another 1099-INT with the same payer, it likely is a technical glitch rather than a new tax rule. Typically, you should be able to add multiple forms by selecting Add another 1099-INT after entering the first one.

Try ensuring you use the Add a 1099-INT or Add Interest Income option each time to input a new form. If problems persist, clearing your browser cache or using a different browser could help. There's no tax rule preventing multiple 1099-INT entries from the same payer for different accounts.
