bad customer service

I called the 800 number with a question and when the call was picked up, nobody said anything to me or acknowledged the phone call.  There was just a lot of noise in the background.  I hollered "Hello!"  and then something like "Hello, speak to ME!" and the background noise just continued.  It was apparently a very bad work-from-home experience where the rep was not working.  I want Turbo Tax supervisors to pull the call and listen to it.  It was bad.  I can provide date and approximate time of the call if TT contacts me privately.
