Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Folks, the 3rd TurboTax/Intuit rep resolved this for me.  The problem was NOT with my credit card.  

If you encounter this problem, and if you KNOW it is not a problem with your credit card or address or name not matching, do this:

1)  Close the dialog window for payment.  On windows, you may have to do this from Task Manager since there is no "X" in the dialog window to allow you to close.

2)  Close TurboTax.

3)  Restart TurboTax

4)  Step through the screens to efile, but when you get to the point of indicating you will pay by credit card, click the blue link that says something like "help me do this".  (Sorry, I don't have the screen in front of me.)

5)  A screen will come up telling you how to call TurboTax sales to process your payment.
