Error on payment screen: We are unable to process your order at this time. We regret the inconvenience.
In process of efiling. For state (Virginia), the charge to efile is $19.99. I enter payment information (triple-checked it), and clicked "Place Order".
Receive this error from TurboTax: "We are unable to process your order at this time. We regret the inconvenience."
Tried different credit cards, same error. Called support. They don't know what to do. They don't know of any issues, but they are not informed of issues.
Here I sit stuck in this dialog which cannot be cancelled or exited.
