I, too, want to name the different 1099-DIV forms I received from the same financial company using the company name and the last four digits of the account numbers. Where in TurboTax online's 1099-DIV form can I do this? I do not see a box for form name. Can the last four of the account number be added to the company name in the "Received from" box under Payer's information?
