I have successfully imported from RBC for another account on a family member's return, so the issue appears to be exclusive to this taxpayer. It looks like it's connecting to the account, it's just not finding the expected information returned since I am getting this error:
"We didn’t find the right account types to connect at this provider.
We can connect to RBC but can’t find the right kind of accounts. Select an account at a different provider. 106"
I am thinking this is probably an RBC issue, but wanted to exhaust the Turbo Tax resources before moving on to RBC tech support.
