Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If the "Allow" button does not work when downloading your Morgan Stanley data into TurboTax, it may be due to your browser security settings.
- Make sure Third Party Data Sharing is enabled in your Morgan Stanley security center.
- Also, try using a browser such as Chrome or Edge and enable Local Network Access in your browser settings.
- Temporarily disable anti-virus or firewall software, or enable Full Disk Access in system settings.
- Make sure you TurboTax program is up to date. TurboTax Online updates for new tax laws and other features, but they are done automatically in your web browser. You do not have to manually update like in TurboTax desktop software.
- If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can manually check for updates for your TurboTax program by clicking on "Online" in the black bar near the top of your screen and selecting "Check for Update
