Get your taxes done using TurboTax

To fix this: 

• Run Review:; delete and re-enter the form causing the snag (common with state forms or special characters in names/addresses). Then Review again.
• Save a clean copy: File > Save As to a new filename, close/reopen, e-file from the copy.
• Network/security: Temporarily disable VPN/antivirus/firewall, use a stable wired/Wi-Fi, then retry; re-enable after.
• Windows: Right-click TurboTax > Run as administrator. If still stuck, repair install or uninstall/reinstall, then update and retry.
• Mac: If update/submit keeps failing, remove and reinstall TurboTax for Mac, relaunch, update, then transmit.
