Lets start with the uninstal issue.
- Shut down TurboTax and all other programs
- Delete the Installation Folder:
- Open File Explorer,
- Navigate to the location where it was installed (e.g., E:\TurboTax\)
- Delete the Premier 2025 folder.
- Remove the Program's Data Files:
- Open File Explorer.
- Select the View menu and check Hidden items.
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\TurboTax\ and
- Delete the folder associated with the 2025 version.
- Reboot your computer.
- Reinstall the software again after restarting.
