If you are having your TurboTax Preparation fees taken from your refund then you will not get the option to receive a your refund by a paper check.
Your only option will be In My Bank.
If you want to receive your refund by paper check, you will need to Pay for your TurboTax Preparation fees with a Credit/Debit card.
