Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If TurboTax isn’t letting you move forward, try these steps:
- Sign out of your program, then sign back in.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- Try using a different web browser.
If you’re using TurboTax Desktop, make sure your program is up to date. Select “Online” at the top of your TurboTax screen, then choose “Check for Updates.”
