I will try these steps tonight when I get back home, but I want it recorded that having the users go through all these steps without really solving the problem with the software itself is not adequate. Frankly, I think the TurboTax Business product, especially when it's regarding trusts and the minimum required usage to file a 1041 to the IRS, should be 'easy' money for Intuit. Another words, the lack of adequate software support on this product shows that the company is essentially fleecing us while we struggle to get our taxes filed.
You shouldn't be making a dime on this product UNTIL we get our taxes filed, not before you deliver the initial software package to us. Maybe then, the company would make a serious effort to fix this problem and not give us 10+ troubleshooting steps every time with ask for help. The longer we wait for adequate answers that solve the problem, the more upset and dissatisfied we become.
