I would like to provide feedback on removing the owed/refund tracker for federal and state - huge mistake! On online forums, I see many people planning to leave TurboTax over this one "improvement", myself included. I relied on this feature as did many others. I don't know what the real reason was for discontinuing it, but it was a mistake if turbo tax is really interested in retaining customers.
Any chance of getting it back this year for current tax season? How can I get feedback to TurboTax?
