I have had this same 'looks like your file is corrupted message' for years. I had it on my desktop and my laptop. After spending countless hours with an agent, they blamed it on my devices. I purchased a new laptop this year and same problem and error code. ,
No one seems to know why, so it is just easier to blame our devices. Their programs are expensive and e-file fees go up every year with no solutions to 'their' issues. I have used their products for over fifteen years and there always seems to be an issue with something. You think they would have perfected it by now? So frustrating.
