Form 6252 reports installment sales. To include your Commissions and other sales expenses:

 

  1. Log into TurboTax Online and open your return.
  2. Choose Federal >> Income from the left column.
  3. Navigate to Installment Sales under Less Common Income
  4. Click Start/Revisit
  5. If you have already started your installment sale, click on Edit next to it.
  6. Continue past the "Property Description" screen.
  7. On the "Sales Information" screen, enter the commission amount in the "Sales Expenses" box.
