If you're using TurboTax Desktop and click on the icon for the 2024 program, what happens? Try right-clicking the icon and 'Run as Administrator'. Also try going to Windows Control Panel > Programs > TurboTax > Repair. However, you may need to uninstall/re-install TurboTax since you made changes to your computer setup. If you used TurboTax Online, when you Sign In, scroll down to 'Tax Returns and Docs', then click on your 2024 return. There's an option to the right to 'Amend'.
