You can confirm both your Email and Phone number in your Intuit Account.
Once you've logged into TurboTax Online
Go to the left sidebar.
- Scroll down and select Intuit Account
- Six boxes will appear
- Click Sign in & security
- Your account information, including Phone number and Email are available to be reviewed and updated.
If the email address is no longer active and you are unable to log in, you can complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
