If you are unable to enter your Form W-2 you can try the steps listed below. You can also enter your Form W-2 manually. I have listed the steps below to manually enter your Form W-2 as well.
Try these steps to enter your Form W-2:
- Go out of your program, close your web browser and go back in TurboTax and try to enter your form.
- Clear your cache and cookies. Click here for How to clear your cache. Click here for How do I delete cookies?
- Try using a different Web Browser.
- Try using incognito mode if you are using TurboTax Online.
- Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
You can enter your Form W-2 manually as follows:
- Click on "Search" in the top right of your TurboTax screen.
- Type "W-2" in the search bar.
- Click on the link "Jump to W-2"
- Continue through your TurboTax screens to manually enter your Form W-2
