@khawandjean you're replying to a very old thread about some specific activation issue last year on the Intuis side which was resolved at the time.
every year there are some users who have issues with installation or activation for whatever reason usually due to issues on their PC that Intuit can't simply "fix". presumably this is on Windows, you can try some of the suggestions in this thread for troubleshooting - in particular note the replies about issues with C++ and steps described here which may resolve that
