Have not checked the stats but medical equipment will likely stick with W10 for quite a while as fda approval to change stuff takes a while. Also if W10 is down whats the rest using be it mac or linux or even W7 etc. We had clusters using linux and w10 running the desktops and at one point it was 14 linux nodes to one W10 al behind firewalls, so if W10 use is low I'm just wondering what hardware and use.is actually counted.
