Overcharged

I did not upgrade and was paying the fee to do them myself since ours and pretty simple, and was charged $159 for expert review which I did not select.  I called customer service and went through the ‘billing’ error. I was able to talk to a lady for a while, but she was not able to help me and sent me a link for the refund options but none of those options are for what I’m looking for. I have seen a lot of complaints like this and it looks like TurboTax is finding a way for people to accidentally click or do something so that they have to pay the higher amount. How do I receive a refund for the overcharge? This is not ok.
