It never should have been this difficult. I completely agree with you that this has been ridiculous and incredibly frustrating. I really appreciate your persistence in pushing for answers to get this resolved.

 

Between your experience and mine, this has been exhausting. Because of the impact this issue had — including delaying my refund and triggering a manual review by the State — I felt it was necessary to escalate the matter through formal complaint channels. After that, I received outreach from the Office of the President Escalations Department.

 

At that point, everything had already been documented, and there wasn’t much more to add. What concerns me most is that this appears to be a programming issue affecting multiple people.
