You're probably asking your question in the wrong place. This is mainly a TurboTax user community, and you are not likely to get much info on QuickBooks options here.
However, from a very quick look there I believe QuickBooks Online does have an option for Live Expert Assisted as well as QuickBooks Expert Full Service Bookkeeping. I don't know if that's what you are referring to or not. If so, you need to check those out on the QuickBooks website. QuickBooks should have a customer support phone number on their website as well as a sales phone number to use for product information.
