Do you mean that the Charles Schwab dividends and interest are not getting imported into TurboTax?  There is typically not too much information in a 1099-DIV or 1099-INT form to input, so it may be more time efficient and easier just to go ahead and enter the data for those forms manually in TurboTax, rather than importing them.
